This mini trek affords breathtaking views of the mountain panorama from Ganesh Himal, in the east, to Dhaulagiri,
in the west. The gentle heights feature a placid, green countryside and friendly, hospitable country folk. The forests
are sub tropical and then give way to ferns and rhododendron, hung with orchids. This area is home to myriad species of
some colorful birds. From our vantage point at Pun hill (9570 ft.) the entire Annapurna, Fish tail and Dhaulagiri ranges
stretch us. Spring season is full of wild flowers, like rhododendron, magnolia orchids, primrose,
with breathtaking sweet smells.
